For some, getting into the Christmas spirit involves a good healthy dose of holiday spirits of all sorts with friends, co-workers and family. To compliment this festive period of good cheer, camaraderie and sharing Maria’s Package Goods & Community Bar is hosting its own seasonal twelve day long celebration titled THE TWELVE BEERS OF CHRISTMAS.

Starting Thursday, December 13 and continuing daily until Monday, December 24 we will be offering a different seasonal winter beers. Normally complex and malty, Christmas beers are brewed using a wide range of styles. Often made with fruit or spice, some rely on artful malt or hops combinations for wonderful complexity. The winter warmers are similar though they are rarely made with any adjuncts and typically have a higher alcohol content than normal beers and are usually available from November to February.

By adapting the old English Christmas carol, the Twelve Days of Christmas, our well-versed bartenders have selected the best Christmas brews and holiday craft beers and ales to spice up the season. So, we invite you to sing along with us as we raise a glass of good cheer (and beer) to one and all with The Twelve Beers of Christmas.

Dec 15 – Fallons Cherry Chocolate Beer

Dec 18 Jk Scrumpy’s WInter Solstice
Dec 19 – Rogue Santa’s Private Reserve Ale  ( Holiday party )
Dec 20 – Sixpoint Deisel ( draft )
Dec 21 –  Flying Dog Gonzo Imperial Porter
Dec 22 – 3 Floyd’s Alpha Klaus ( draft)
Dec 23 The Bruery 5 Golden Rings
Dec 24 – Nogne O Winter Ale

Each of these beers will debut on the date listed. They will be discounted on those days (prices vary). Some will be available throughout the 12 days unless we run out
